Corporate Services
Supporting employees’ psychological well-being means making room for individual needs and addressing the challenges of working life together. Corporate services are planned around employees’ needs and the organization’s aims.
Employee Counseling
Organizations can support access to individual counseling for their employees. Sessions may address stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and other issues affecting the individual’s life.
The scope and session arrangements are agreed in advance. Participation is voluntary; the content of individual sessions is not reported to the organization.
Seminars and Workshops
Informative seminars and interactive workshops can address managing stress, psychological well-being, communication, setting boundaries, and burnout. Content is tailored to the audience, identified needs, and available time.

How Do We Proceed?
In an initial meeting, we discuss your needs and the intended audience. Together, we define the content, duration, and format to develop a plan suited to your organization.
1
Stress and Psychological Well-being
Recognizing sources of work-related stress, understanding difficult thoughts and emotions, and developing coping skills for everyday life. Sessions combine information, practical examples, and participatory exercises.
2
Communication, Empathy, and Boundaries
Open communication within teams, empathic listening, expressing needs, and healthy boundaries. Seminars and workshops use examples from everyday working life to explore more constructive ways of addressing disagreements.
3
Burnout and Work–Life Balance
Recognizing the signs of burnout and understanding thinking patterns related to performance pressure and perfectionism. Reflective exercises focus on rest, setting boundaries, and making space for personal needs.
4
Seminars and Workshops for Your Organization
In an initial meeting, we identify your organization’s needs, target audience, and aims. We develop the seminar or workshop around this framework, planning the duration and online or in-person format together.
